At Block Portrait Studios, we are known for our guided portrait experiences for families and businesses. But at the heart of our work is something simple and meaningful: community.
We believe the people who make up our neighborhoods are the reason our portraits matter. We don’t just create beautiful portraits and artwork, we document these stories, milestones, and connections that shape our community here in the Twin Cities.
Every once in a while, we step outside the studio to celebrate that.
Earlier this month, we had the joy of photographing the West St. Paul Rider, a free community bike ride that brings neighbors of all ages together to explore the trails of West St. Paul. Hosted by West St. Paul Reader, the event is all about connection, movement, and enjoying a sunny Minnesota day with the people who make this community special.
To everyone who participated in the West St. Paul Rider, thank you for letting us be part of your day. Your energy, smiles, and togetherness were a joy to photograph.
And to our St. Paul and West St. Paul neighbors: we’re grateful for you. We’re proud to be a small business rooted in this community, and we always love connecting with you!
