Picking a Location for Your Team Business Portraits

The first step is to decide on a location. If you have a large office, you may consider renting out a space for the day, giving you plenty of room to set up your shots and ensure that everyone has enough space to move around. Are you on a budget, don’t worry – there are plenty of great locations that won’t cost you a fortune. Make sure to pick a place with good lighting and plenty of space! Work with us at Block Portrait Studios, we have a studio space available that is perfect for shoots like this!

What Everyone Should Wear for Team Business Portraits

Once you’ve chosen a location, it’s time to start thinking about what to wear. We recommend avoiding busy patterns or logos, as they can be distracting in photos. All the Details

Now that you’ve chosen a location and figured out what to wear, it’s time to start thinking about the details of the shoot. How many people will be participating? Are there any specific poses that you like? Any certain shots that you had in mind? What do you want your team headshots to say about your company? Do you want a more serious look or a lighthearted and fun approach?

Finally, what are your brand standards? Do you want everyone in the company headshots to wear the same thing, or do you want each person to have a unique look? How should the images be shot, full body, zoomed in? These are all things that should be decided before the shoot so that you can ensure that your company’s photos match your brand standards.
