From family and senior portraits to business headshots and branding sessions, every image we create is rooted in who you are. We know life moves fast. Between work, your children’s schedules, and everyday demands, finding time—and headspace—for a portrait session can feel overwhelming. That’s why we’ve built a guided, customized experience that takes care of every detail. We help you coordinate outfits, plan your session, and most importantly, decide what to do with your images after. Whether it’s a family portrait statement piece above the fireplace, a custom gallery wall, or polished branding portraits for your business, we ensure the final result is both beautiful and purposeful.
We start every session with the end in mind. From wall art designed to complement your home’s colors and layout, to professional portraits that elevate your brand, every project is approached with care and expertise. THE DISCOVERY CALL
Every portrait experience begins with a conversation. During this complimentary 15-minute call, we’ll walk you through our process, answer your questions, discuss ideas for custom artwork, and begin crafting an experience designed exclusively for you.
Following this call, we’ll schedule your next three appointments: your in-depth Planning + Concept Consultation, your custom portrait session, and your View + Order Appointment.
PLANNING + CONCEPT CONSULTATION
This consultation is where your portrait vision takes shape — with care, collaboration, and attention to every detail.
We’ll take time to understand who will be photographed — their personalities, dynamics, and the meaningful connections you want reflected. You’ll select from one of our signature in-studio sets or an offsite location that aligns with your style. Wardrobe guidance is also included.
Our commitment is to craft portraits that flawlessly harmonize with your envisioned artwork—be it exquisite wall installations or timeless albums—designed to grace your home and be admired every day. We will personally guide you in selecting the ideal locations for these pieces.
Every detail is thoughtfully considered to ensure your session is seamless.
WARDROBE & STYLING GUIDANCE
During your Planning + Concept Consultation, we’ll guide you through wardrobe choices that complement both your portraits and the space where your artwork will live — from soft, neutral living rooms to formal dining spaces or cozy gallery walls. We will act as your dedicated stylists to help you select coordinating outfits and accessories for everyone in your family!
For business portrait sessions, we’ll help you select looks that reflect your brand’s style, colors, and message. Every detail, from fabrics to accessories, is chosen to support your brand identity.
We’re here for ongoing support between your consultation and portrait session — whether you need to text, email, or hop on a quick Zoom to review outfit options. We’ll finalize all wardrobe details at least a week before your session to leave time for any last-minute adjustments or dry-cleaning.
CUSTOM PORTRAIT SESSION
We’ve styled the session, planned the details, and talked through your vision — now it’s time to bring it all to life. We’ll send a few helpful tips ahead of time to keep the day smooth and stress-free.
But hey, life happens — missed naps, a surprise pimple, muddy paws, or traffic chaos. No worries, we’ve seen it all and are totally prepared! Just get everyone dressed and to our studio. We’ll handle the rest!
Our experienced photographers know how to read the room, and will create a fun, relaxed vibe. Whether that means turning up the music or getting a little goofy with the kids to spark real laughs, we do whatever it takes to make everyone feel natural and comfortable. We’ll also guide each person into flattering poses so no one feels awkward or stiff.
We’ll capture the must-have moments you’ve envisioned — and the spontaneous, beautiful in-betweens. Once we have everything we need for your final artwork, we’ll call it a wrap!
With personalized guidance throughout, we’ll bring your portrait goals to life — transforming your session into art that has an impact.
VIEW + ORDER APPOINTMENT
About a week after your session, you’ll return to the studio to choose your favorite images and order your final artwork.
For family, senior, or generational sessions, we invite all key decision-makers to ensure a smooth, collaborative process.
Using provided photos of your home, our state-of-the-art software displays your wall art to scale—helping you confidently select the perfect sizes and placements. We’ll also design custom layouts for your heirloom albums.
DELIVERY + INSTALLATION
After you select your final images, we edit and retouch each one to flawless perfection.
Albums, cards, and smaller keepsakes are available for studio pickup.
For most clients, the true magic is custom wall art. Approximately 8–12 weeks after placing your order, we’ll arrive at your home to personally deliver and professionally install your artwork with expert care and precision — ensuring every piece is perfectly placed. All you have to do is sit back and relax!
