Pine Grove is more than acres of land, it’s the heart of this family’s story. That made it the perfect place to gather for their generation portraits. More than just photos, this was a chance to preserve a legacy built on hard work and deep roots. Framed by golden fields and a beautiful red barn, the family and I chose a wardrobe of denim paired with earthy tones of green, deep navy, and burgundy that blended timelessly with the colors of the farm.
Unlike immediate family portraits, generation portraits are about connection. They allow an opportunity to showcase unique relationships between generations like the way grandparents light up with their grandchildren, the shared laughter of adult siblings reminiscing about childhood, and the threats that tie each generation together.
